We can drink all the green juices we want, meditate day in and day out, do a thousand downward dogs, live on the treadmill, and still stay fat...because the identity on the inside is feeding the weight...the hypervigilent nervous system and belief that you are safer fat or subconsciously carrying the beliefs that you are meant to be fat...the subconscious mind is the body.
